What is your lease length minimum?

We currently offer lease lengths of between 6-12 months with an affordable lease termination fee option

What are your rental criteria requirements?

We do NOT accept comprehensive resuable tenant screening reports from other consumer reporting agencies as defined by and persuant to RCW 59.18.

Below is a list of our criteria we use in evaluation rental applications:​​​

+ 12 months of verifiable rental payment history

+ Credit score above 630

+ Income of 2.5x base rent required

Students may have co-signers and may be asked for additional documentation during the applications process

Do you allow pets?

For shared housing, we allow cats, fish, or other small animals upon approval. Dogs are not allowed. For apartments, we allow certain breeds of dogs.

Do you provide furnishings?

We provide a bed, desk, and dresser for an additional charge. 

​

What are move-in costs?

Move-in costs are typically first months rent, deposit equivalent to one months rent, cleaning fee and an applications fee.
